SENIOR CLASS TRIP 2010

 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, THROUGH SUNDAY, APRIL 18, 2010

COST PER PERSON – $1,109.00 INCLUDES:

 

  1. Charter bus transport to the airport and back to the Senior High School

 

  1. Round trip, non-stop air transportation between Philadelphia and Orlando

 

  1. Accommodations (4 nights) at Disney’s All Star Resort with color TV, heated pools, gift shops, and arcade game rooms (4 students per room)

 

  1. Charter bus/Disney transportation to all scheduled activities as needed during the trip

 

  1. (4) $10.00 in Disney dollars for breakfast at hotel food court each morning plus $10 cash on Sunday

 

  1. 3 days at Walt Disney world (travel between parks) includes all four parks plus 3 admissions to a Disney Water Park and/or DisneyQuest

 

  1. 2 Disney counter service meal coupons

 

  1. 1 day at Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure with 1 Universal Meal Coupon for dinner

CLASS TRIP DATES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

The 2010 senior class trip will begin on Wednesday morning, April 14, 2010, at approximately 5:00 a.m.  We will be returning to Boyertown on Sunday, April 18, 2010, at approximately 5:30 p.m.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

 

  1. $250.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE MAY 19 THROUGH June 5, 2009.

 

  1. $300.00 PAYMENT DUE SEPTEMBER 14 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 18, 2009.

 

  1. $300.00 PAYMENT DUE NOVEMBER 9 THROUGH NOVEMBER 13, 2009.

 

  1. FINAL PAYMENT DUE JANUARY 11 THROUGH JANUARY 15, 2010.  (AMOUNTS WILL VARY ACCORDING TO STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN FUND RAISERS)

WEDNESDAY – APRIL 14

 

5:00   AM.       Charter buses depart for Philadelphia Airport

6:00   AM        Check in for flights @ Philadelphia Airport

8:00   AM        Flights depart for Orlando

10:30 AM        Flights arrive in Orlando

Charter buses transfer directly to EPCOT*

Disney Meal coupon for dinner

9:00     PM.     Illuminations Laser Light Show at Epcot

10:00   PM      Charter buses from Epcot to hotel for check-in

                        (Pool quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM each night)

11:00   PM      Pizza/Soda/Water at the hotel (one large pie per room)

 

THURSDAY – APRIL 15

 

7:00 – 9:00 AM   Breakfast at hotel food court ($10 Disney Dollars)

9:30 AM          Disney buses to Disney Theme Park of Choice*

                        Disney meal coupon provided for dinner

10:00 PM         Disney buses back to hotel

                        (Pool and Food Court open until midnight)

 

FRIDAY – APRIL 16           

 

7:00 – 9:00 AM   Breakfast at hotel food court ($10 Disney Dollars)

9:30 AM          Disney buses to Blizzard Beach Water Park, Typhoon Lagoon or Disney

4:30 PM           Disney buses to the hotel to change

7:15 PM           Charter buses to Medieval Times Castle

8:15 PM           Medieval Times Dinner Show begins

10:15 PM         DJ/Dance Party (Knights will join students)

SATURDAY – APRIL 17

 

7:00–9:00 AM Breakfast at hotel food court ($10 Disney Dollars)

9:15 AM          Charter buses to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure

                        Group photo upon arrival/ Universal Studios meal coupon for dinner

                        (Park hopping between Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure)

8:00 PM           Mardi Gras Parade and Celebration in Universal Studios (Live band TBA)

10:00 PM        Charter Buses to the hotel

SUNDAY – APRIL 18

*DISNEY PARK HOPPING PRIVILEGES BETWEEN THE MAGIC KINGDOM, EPCOT, DISNEY/MGM STUDIOS, ANIMAL KINGDOM, BLIZZARD BEACH, TYPHOON LAGOON, AND DISNEYQUEST ON THESE DAYS.

 

Trip Cancellation Insurance is available - ask your Advisor for forms.

All students must carry a valid Pennsylvania I.D., and must have proof of medical insurance before they may participate on their Senior Class Trip.
