PTO News
Welcome to Earl Elementary School PTO Webpage
Who we are:
We are parents who strive to provide an enriched experience at Earl Elementary School. We hope that we can promote a closer relationship between the home and the school, resulting in a cooperative effort so that parents and teachers may work together in the education of our children. We provide funding and parent volunteers for programs and activities that support the students, teachers, administration and families at our school.
Your support via the PTO helps fund numerous activities and projects throughout the year. We financially support in its entirety or in some capacity; Hawk folders, agenda books, school assemblies, Outstanding Sixth Grader awards, Earl Senior Scholarship, D.A.R.E., family roller skating party, sixth grade picnic, Camp Innabah, school and classroom gifts, music programs, Grandparents Day, Craft Day, as well as many other activities/projects which arise.
If you have any question, please feel free to contact us at the above email address. Kindly indicate in the subject line of your email EARL PTO.

This committee supports our students by encouraging reading whereby students are permitted to trade books with other students. This occurs during the school day at specified times during the year.
| Campbells/Box Tops for Education |
Patricia Smith/Chairperson |
Campbell labels and Box Tops for Education provide an opportunity to raise funds for our school based on the volume of labels we collect. Committee members organize the labels and box tops which are brought to school. During the course of the year special events are planned to increase awareness and contributions of the labels. The program has allowed us to purchase educational items for the classrooms. If you are interested in learning more about Box Tops please check out www.boxtops4education.com.

I'm New to Earl Elementary
The PTO Board members would first like to welcome you and your family to Earl Elementary. We hope that your child will have an easy transition and come to love Earl. We would encourage you to participate in any capacity; a little help goes a long way and we cannot do it without you. Or as a famous comedian once said " Success in life has nothing to do with what you gain in life or accomplish for yourself. It's what you do for others."
We hope that you have found our website informative and useful. However, if you should have any question about the role of the PTO, feel free to contact Vicky Hillegass (610-689-8201) or Kelly Mancini (610-369-0266).
Volunteers
The various committees need your help. As you can see Earl School is committed to providing many of the "extras" which we feel are important. It is our goal to not only provide an enriched school experience but also experiences which your child will remember forever. If you are interested in volunteering for any of the committees you can contact us via email or phone. Please be aware that Boyertown School District does require two background checks. You can contact Mrs. Thomas, school secretary, for the necessary forms. The district will reimburse you for the associated fees. These forms must be completed and on file in the office prior to assisting with any school event.
The PTO would like to thank all of our parents who have made the commitment to volunteer over the year. It is vital that we have the support of the parents and we can't thank you enough for all of your efforts.
