2022-2023 BASD STUDENT REGISTRATION
Welcome to the Boyertown Area School District! We are so excited to welcome our newest BEARS! #bearpride
BASD uses an online registration portal called "Infinite Campus" that allows parents/guardians to complete the entire registration process online - including all supporting document submissions (immunizations, proofs of residency, multiple occupancy forms, etc.) You will be required to create an account when logging into the portal for the first time. In order to create an account, parents/legal guardians of new students will need an active email account. This email account will also be used for important communication updates from Boyertown Area School District, your child’s school, and their teachers - this should be an email address that you check regularly. This includes having forms photocopied and in-person questions.
If you are dropping off paperwork that is completed for submission,
please use the dropbox at the front entrance to the Education Center.
IMPORTANT Information Regarding Immunization Requirements
The Pennsylvania Department of Health issued new immunization requirements effective August 1, 2017.
Therefore, on the first day of school, your child must have completed immunizations or a medical plan indicating the completion of the immunization series within the first five days of school or risk exclusion. Please note only one dose must be completed by the first day of school. Your certified nurse will contact you if your child requires further immunizations to meet the state requirements. Additional documentation will be required for you to complete the registration process. The ability to upload these and other supporting documents is available to you during the registration process. It is suggested that you upload the requested documents at the time of completion on the Infinite Campus Registration Portal to avoid any potential delays in your student's enrollment.
At a minimum, you will need:
1. Your Child's State Issued Birth Certificate
2. Your Child's Immunization Records

3. Residency Verification
Any session or assignment requests must be submitted in writing at the time of student registration. Please note that a request is not a guarantee of placement.
Final decisions regarding your child's before or after school care should not be made until you have received your child's school assignment this summer.

Please note: Although students entering kindergarten are required to have a physical and dental examination, these exams must be completed after September 1, 2021, and no later than September 16, 2022.
