A PaperCutMF printer is a network print queue set up on the print system server that does not automatically route pages to a specific printer. The system sees your print job in the PaperCut print queue and transfers it into database storage. When your ID card is swiped (faculty and staff) or your ID# entered (students) at a printer/copier, the print system recognizes your location and moves your print jobs from the database storage to a print queue that routes pages to the printer at your location. Print jobs sent to the print queue can be released at any printer/copier units throughout the district. If a print job is left in the database storage for more than 24 hours it will be deleted and can no longer be released and printed.
