Welcome!
I am excited to be your child's 6th grade teacher for the 2016-2017 school year. I have been teaching at Pine Forge Elementary School for the past 19 years. Wow! Where does the time go?! Starting out as a learning support teacher in 1996, I made the change to 6th grade in 2005. Culrrently, I teach math to Mr. McAuliffe's and my classes and ELA to my class.
I received my BSED from Shippensburg University, my M.Ed in Special Education from East Stroudsburg University and my Reading Specialist Certification from East Stroudsburg University.
Allentown is my home. Chris, my husband, is in the military, so he travels frequently. We have 5 furry children. Brodie, our black lab, keeps us busy with playing fetch and taking walks. Leo, Luna, Thing 1,and Thing 2, are our cats. I am one cat shy of being labeled the Crazy Cat Lady!
