I have been a Boyertown teacher since 2004 and love teaching 5th grade learning support at Washington Elementary! I received my bachelor's degree in special education from Penn State University and my masters degree is from Temple University. I am married with three adult children. In my free time, I enjoy bike riding, reading, and gardening. I love spending time outdoors and enjoy hiking, too.
I am committed to creating a caring, respectful, and productive classroom. The environment in my room is a supportive one in which all students are encouraged to ask questions, strive to do their very best, and take pride in all their accomplishments! I firmly believe in a strong line of communication between home and school and encourage parents to contact me with any questions or concerns. I hope to work with parents, as a team, to ensure each student's unique needs are being met.
Looking forward to another fantastic year with all of my students!!
