Strategic Planning Process

Boyertown Area School District formed a Strategic Planning Committee in January 2025. The purpose of this team was to assist the Administration in developing a planning document (Strategic Plan 2025-2030) that articulates the district's vision/mission/value statements and goals, as well as how the district will achieve these goals over a five-year period. The Strategic Plan was approved by our Board of School Directors and shared with all BASD Stakeholders. Areas include:

  • Curriculum & Instruction/Professional Development
  • Finance & Facilities
  • Student Services
  • Technology
  • School & Community Relations

The team included more than 100 members across six stakeholder groups: administrators, teachers, support staff, students, parents/guardians, and community members (taxpayers without students).  They came together once a month through June 2025 in preparation for the Board presentation.

that were released in 2019.

the team began their work to review,
analyze, and modify these statements.
