Below is the link to the Superintendent’s Entry Plan. The purpose of the entry (transition) plan is to create an intentional process for the transition of the new superintendent into Boyertown Area School District during the first 100 days from the beginning or after Board approval. This document outlines specific strategies to provide Superintendent Dana T. Bedden with the opportunity to learn about the school district and to enable the development of a keen understanding about the people, partners, and the community that support Boyertown Area School District. This process is designed to (1) create ideas for sustaining and enriching the record of success, and (2) work with stakeholders to identify those areas where the intensive focus may be needed. This plan was also developed to assist him in developing a network of contacts in the community. Dr. Bedden’s Entry Plan has been approved by the Board of School Directors, and progress will be tracked and reported to the School Board.
