Senior Hannah Wentzel has signed her National Letter of Intent to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Delaware.
Hannah (sitting, middle) was surrounded by her parents Beth and Jeff Wentzel, as well as by (standing) Coach Pam Wernersbach.
Hannah has had a very successful lacrosse career to date. A PAC-10 Conference Champion and a 2nd Team All-Area lacrosse player, Hannah is ready to continue her successful career at the collegiate level.
Coach Wernersbach believes that Hannah’s creative playing style will be an asset to the University of Delaware’s womens lacrosse team. “Hannah is a scrappy, tenacious athlete that has worked incredibly hard to become the knowledgeable, skilled lacrosse player she is today. As a four-year varsity player, she continues to set an example of drive and intensity to better herself and our program. Hannah’s style of play fits extremely well with the University of Delaware’s philosophies. She will be a great asset to their program.”
