Hello! My name is Melissa Gable. My husband, William, and I have been married for 6 years. We have a beautiful 2-year-old daughter named Alessia Nicole Gable. She keeps us on our toes with her limitless energy and her charismatic personality. We enjoy spending quality time together whether we are relaxing at home or running around at the playground!

I've been teaching for 16 years total.This is my 12th year at Gilbertsville Elementary teaching second grade! Teaching is my passion and I enjoy making a positive impact on children. Thank you for entrusting me with your child's education.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education at Shippensburg University in 2006. I earned my Masters' Degree in Special Education at West Chester University in 2013. More recently, I earned my Masters' +45. As an educator, I continue to keep up with the most recent trends in education as well as research-based practices.
