The Boyertown Area School District 2024-2025 approved budget includes an activity fee.  Parents/Guardians of secondary students who participate in the following secondary activities will be responsible for paying a $100 activity fee:

• All BASH sports teams
• All Middle School sports teams
• Jazz Ensemble
• Marching band, color guard, band front
• School musicals
• Select strings orchestra
• Show choir

This annual fee covers all activities your child chooses to participate in for the entire school year. A family cap of $300 is also in place. This fee applies to secondary activities only.

NEW FOR 2024-2025: Students will be charged a fee on their Infinite Campus accounts once rosters are set following the start of the appropriate sports/activity season. PLEASE DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED IN INFINITE CAMPUS.**

**Students who receive free or reduced lunch are exempt from the Activity Fee. A copy of the reduced/free lunch letter from the district must be sent to the Athletic Office with your completed form.
