Annual 1st Day Student Paperwork 2024-2025:

Please visit us in August.This digital backpack contains all the forms distributed to students on their first school day. Some of these forms are sent home via paper copy. Some are sent home electronically, and some are included in our online Infinite Campus Student Registration/Annual Student Information Verification (ASIV). Additionally, some of our schools have school-specific forms.
Our REQUIRED Annual Student Information Verification (ASIV) is open from Wednesday, July 31, 2024, through Wednesday, August 21, 2024,

Infinite Campus Email, Newsletters, and/or Paper Forms- Activity Fee Letter

A response and payment are required for middle and high school students participating in athletics, music programs, etc.
NEW FOR 2024-2025: Students will be charged a fee on their Infinite Campus accounts once rosters are set following the start of the appropriate sports/activity season. PLEASE DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOU ARE BILLED IN INFINITE CAMPUS.**
**Students who receive free or reduced lunch are exempt from the Activity Fee. A copy of the reduced/free lunch letter from the district must be sent to the Athletic Office with this completed form.
