    Superintendent Search Updates

TO:                Boyertown Area School District Staff and Community Members
FROM:          Boyertown Area School District Board of Directors
    DATE:            Friday, October 18, 2024
    RE:                 Superintendent Search Process Update

We would like to provide you with an update regarding our ongoing search for a new Superintendent. The Board recognizes that the optimal time for candidates seeking career moves typically occurs during the winter and spring. In light of this, we are continuing to actively solicit applications to ensure we attract any other viable candidates.

Interviews for potential candidates will continue at the start of the new year, and we will keep you informed as the process progresses.

In the meantime, Mr. Michael Stoudt will continue to serve as Acting Superintendent, and Dr. Scott Davidheiser will remain in his role as Substitute Assistant Superintendent.  Both leaders have done a great job in successfully opening the school year, and we are confident that their leadership will continue to guide and support our educational community throughout this transition period.

We thank you for your patience and support, and we look forward to sharing further updates with you in the coming months.
