Fundraising Application - Updated 07032024
Board policy requires fundraising applications if a fundraiser is (1) advertised on the school’s webpage, or (2) if part or all of the fund-raiser takes place at a school building at all (selling on school grounds, pick-up of orders on school grounds, etc.), or (3) the students directly participate in selling. This requirement applies to ALL clubs, sports, PTA/PTO/HAS/Etc, organizations.Fundraising applications should be completed and submitted to the school Principal 30 days before any fund-raising activity; once signed by the Principal, the application should be sent to the CFO at the business office for final approval.

Professional Supplementary Activity Time Sheet - 01/04/2023
This form is used by professional employees who perform supplemental or extra duty work, such as chaperoning.Please Note - The time limit to turn these completed time sheets in is now seven (7) days from the event or activity. In order to be processed for payment, these forms must be signed and received in Payroll within seven (7) days of the event/activity. At this time, the time limit change only applies to this particular form, no others.
To use, please print out the form and send a completed copy to Erin Laudenslager in Payroll via email (elaudenslager@boyertownasd.org) or interoffice mail for it to be processed.

When reviewing your course approval request, we consider numerous factors. First, we need to consider if you are looking for pre-approval for a Master’s, Doctoral, or Certificate program. Individual courses not connected to a Master’s, Doctoral, or Certificate program will not be approved. The second consideration is the relevance to your professional assignment. The Master’s, Doctoral, or Certificate program must be relevant to your current assignment. Finally, the Master’s, Doctoral, or Certificate program must be obtained from a regionally accredited college/university.Here is a website that lists regionally accrediting organizations that lists regionally accredited institutions for your consideration.
