BID AND RFP NOTICESBid Notice - Boyertown Elementary School HVAC and Roof System ReplacementThe Boyertown Area School District is soliciting sealed bids for the Boyertown Elementary School HVAC and Roof System Replacement (“Project”) in the form of MULTIPLE prime lump sum contract(s).
Contract 1: Mechanical, and General Construction
Contract 2: Roofing Construction
Contract 3: Electrical Construction
Sealed Bids shall be delivered to Mr. Craig Bramble at the District Administration Building at 911 Montgomery Avenue, Boyertown, PA 19512, no later than 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be conducted on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at the Boyertown Elementary School, 641 East Second Street, Boyertown, PA 19512. Representatives of the Project Engineer (CHA) will provide project details at this meeting. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid.
Electronic Contract Documents: To Bid the Project, prospective bidders must obtain the Contract Documents in PDF format directly from CHA by contacting dei@chasolutions.com.
Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per project Checks or money orders shall be made payable to “CHA” and
mailed to 1 E. Broad Street, Suite 310, Bethlehem, PA 18018. Cash will not be accepted. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: the contract(s) you are bidding on, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address.
