If you are experiencing issues, the first step is to call the IT Helpdesk at 610-473-3500 option 1.
A technician can guide you through software and connectivity issues or provide login and password support.
If you re experiencing issues with Infinite Campus Parent Portal, Student Portal, or Messenger, please contact CampusPortalHelp@boyertownasd.org for help.
We have created a new Signup for Summer Appointments. These appointments will be used to accommodate any need for technicians to meet with employees or students. For example, employees coming back from leave who need to pick up their equipment, employees leaving the district who need to return their equipment, BASH students needing repairs done or loaners issued to allow AP or ESY work to be continued, any students who currently have equipment at home and are leaving the district, etc.
We will meet visitors at BASH Door 31. Visitors will not be permitted to enter the building due to the on-going COVID-19 restrictions.
